Qualifications
I'm an accredited mental health social worker with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I'm registered with Medicare and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Experience
I have over ten years of experience working in community mental health teams and non-government organisations in both Sydney and Darwin. I have provided therapeutic support to individuals and families, offering comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions across a wide range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, family conflict, emotional dysregulation, school refusal and behavioural and personality challenges.
I currently work in both private practice and in public health.
Special interests
My special interests and clinical expertise include trauma, attachment-related difficulties, childhood development and adverse childhood experiences (ACE), mood disorders, life stressors (migration and other transitions) and relational difficulties. I'm committed to supporting people of all cultures, identities or backgrounds.

I use an integrative approach, adapting therapy to my client's needs, however, I have formal training in multiple therapy modalities such as:
