You are eligible for a Medicare Rebate if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan. You can find current rebates on:

Medicare rebate: $124.75
out of pocket: $160-$124.75=$35.25
2/ Individual private session online:

Medicare rebate: $87.25
Out of pocket: $130-$87.25=$42.75
3/ Family/Relational session in person:

Medicare rebate: $124.75
out of pocket: $180-$124.75=55.25
4/ Family/Relational session online:

Medicare rebate: $87.25
out of pocket: $150-$87.25=$62.75
If you reached your Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold for the year, your gap fee might be lower (even free).

Full prices (without Mental Health Treatment Plan/Medicare Rebate):
- Individual private session in person is $160 for 60mins.
- Individual private session online is $130 for 60mins
- Family/Relational session in person is $180 for 75mins
- Family/Relational session online is $150 for 75mins
- Clinical Supervision is $100 for 60mins or $130 for 90mins

Victim services counselling is free under the Victim Services Scheme

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give the therapist 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation fee of $100 may be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelled appointments are not eligible for Medicare rebate.
