Cancellation Policy
You are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $$$ per session if you have a Mental Health Care Plan.
Victim services counselling is free for eligible clients
Please check with your provider if the item number is covered by your premium
We understand that you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give the therapist 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation fee of $100 may be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment.
